Donald Lee Borzak passed away peacefully at 94, on August 6, 2026; surrounded by his family. He is survived by his beloved wife Nancy, sons Steven (the late Deena), and Peter (Heather), grandchildren Ilana (Mateo), Shira (Alex), Leora (Coby), Tyler (Kelly), Jenna, and Maya (Yakir), eight great grandchildren, Nancy’s sons Jonathan (Tracey), Adam (Danielle) and their families, brother-in-law Scott (Corinne) Fleischman, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. A lifelong Chicagoan and Cub fan, he served in the United States Army as a Lieutenant and spent his entire professional career at Service Web Offset Corporation. He lived life to its fullest and gave love generously to everyone he came in contact with. He was the self-proclaimed luckiest person in the world. A celebration of his life will be held August 28 at 10:00 am at Temple Sholom, 3480 North Lake Shore Drive.
